A routing strategy where one vehicle picks up or delivers at multiple stops on a planned route.
Milk runs consolidate small shipments from or to many suppliers or customers into one trip, improving asset utilization and lowering cost compared to many point-to-point moves. They are common in inbound automotive logistics and retail replenishment.
